Delhivery to acquire 99.4 percent stake in Ecom Express for 164 million dollars

Delhivery reported a profit of Rs 10.2 crore in Q2FY25, marking its second consecutive profitable quarter, compared to a loss of Rs 103 crore in the same period last year. Revenue rose 13% to Rs 2,189.7 crore from Rs 1,941.7 crore in Q2FY24, driven by stable volume performance and seasonal capacity additions ahead of the festive season.
